    3.1 HVAC Services Offered

    Mor Air provides the following services:

    3.2 Service Area

    Our services are available in North Hollywood, Glendale, and surrounding areas within Greater Los Angeles County, California. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion and may incur additional travel fees.

    3.3 Scheduling and Appointments

    • Service appointments are subject to availability
    • We strive to honor all scheduled appointment times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times
    • Emergency services are available 24/7 and will be prioritized based on urgency
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
    • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, equipment availability, or technician availability

    3.4 Estimates

    Free in-home estimates are provided for new installations and system replacements. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Actual costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during installation or service.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    4.1 Service Charges

    • Diagnostic fees apply to service calls and may be adjustable based on the nature of the repair
    • Pricing for parts and labor will be provided before work begins
    • Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls
    • All prices are subject to change without notice

    4.2 Payment Terms

    • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
    • We accept cash, check, credit cards, and offer financing options through approved third-party lenders
    • Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees
    • A returned check fee will be assessed for any payments returned by your financial institution

    4.3 Financing

    Financing options are available through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualifications. Mor Air Inc. is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party lenders. All financing terms are set by the lending institution.

    4.4 Promotional Offers

    • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates
    • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
    • First-time customer offers are valid for new customers only

    5. Warranties and Guarantees

    5.1 Manufacturer Warranties

    New equipment installations include manufacturer warranties on parts. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and equipment type. We will provide warranty information at the time of installation.

    5.2 Labor Warranty

    Our labor is guaranteed for the period specified in your service agreement or invoice. Warranty periods vary by service type and will be clearly communicated.

    5.3 Warranty Limitations

    Warranties do not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Failure to perform recommended maintenance
    • Damage from external factors (power surges, weather, accidents)
    • Service performed by unauthorized technicians
    • Equipment relocated after installation

    5.4 Preventative Maintenance Programs

    Customers enrolled in our preventative maintenance programs receive additional benefits including priority scheduling, special rates, and extended warranty coverage as specified in their program agreement.

    6. Customer Responsibilities

    6.1 Property Access

    You agree to:

    • Provide safe and unobstructed access to HVAC equipment
    • Secure pets during service appointments
    • Clear the work area of personal belongings
    • Inform us of any hazardous conditions on your property
    • Ensure adequate lighting and electrical access for our technicians

    6.2 System Information

    You must provide accurate information about:

    • Previous service history
    • Known equipment issues
    • Recent modifications or repairs
    • Warranty status
    • Property ownership or authorization to approve services

    6.3 Maintenance Obligations

    You are responsible for:

    • Changing or cleaning air filters as recommended (minimum every 3 months)
    • Keeping outdoor units clear of debris
    • Not obstructing airflow to vents and registers
    • Following manufacturer maintenance guidelines
    • Scheduling annual inspections as recommended

    7. Liability and Disclaimers

    7.1 Licensed and Insured Services

    Mor Air Inc. is fully licensed and insured in accordance with California state requirements. Our license and insurance information is available upon request.

    7.2 Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

    • Customers may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee
    • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances

    10.2 Refunds

    • Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
    • Parts that have been ordered or installed are non-refundable unless defective
    • Labor charges may be refunded if service was not performed as agreed

    10.3 Preventative Maintenance Programs

    • Maintenance program refunds are prorated based on services already received

    • Benefits of the program cease upon cancellation
